Make Canonical

This tool creates a few different variations of the Huffman Code. It's based on the algorithm descriptions in Introduction to Data Compression by Khalid Sayood, 3.2—3.2.2, and this lesson on canonical Huffman coding from the University of Scranton. The implementations are my own.

Standard uses a simple algorithm that encodes the data without any particular bias. Minimum Variance encodes the data so that the code words are as close as possible in length. Canonical encodes the data in such a way that it can be described using the distribution of code word lengths, rather than a one-to-one codebook.
